How do l place an order?
To purchase online with Hardline please direct your cursor over the shop link. Our website will bring you to the products page containing our full range of jackets and pants. Please select the required product ie Renegade Jacket. You will then be required
to select a colour and size. Once this is completed simply click"Add to Cart" then "Continue Shopping" even if you intend to purchase the one product. If you wish to finalise your payment, please click "Cart" in the top right hand corner then click "Checkoout". Once you click "Checkout", the Hardline website will re-direct you to Paypal where you will be required to pay through either your Paypal accoount (Option 1) or direct using your credit or debit card (option2)
Payment and Shipping
All orders are shipped by registered post. When no one is home to accpet your paarcel, the freight company will leave a card with the location of the neastest pick up outlet we've sent your parcel to. Hardline accepts no responsilbity for lost or damaged goods in freight. Freight/Postage is a flat rate of $8. Hardline makes every attempt to ensure our online store is up to date with currently stocked items. In case where stock is unavaiable, you will be advised via email immediately and be refunded the amount of the unavaiable item.Unavailble items will not be placed on hold. Please note delivery times vary between 7 - 10 days.
Returns and Refunds
Hardline is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Every item is inspected thoroughly before it is despatched. In the case where the product is faulty, you will be responsible for the payment of the postage from your preferred location to us. The product must be returned in the condition it was first sent. If the product is damaged in any way Hardline reserves the right to refuse any product from being replaced.
